Original Governor’s Mansion

This is an existing building residing on the historical register.  The scope of work on this project involved repairing and waterproofing the existing foundation, repairing window moldings, new glazing and flashing, re-roofing, repairing of gutters, and exterior painting.  Additional scopes of work were added including the restoration and replacement of the exterior wood railing at the second floor of the building.


Care was take to restore all the historical millwork to its original condition. All millwork was custom and completed by Diamond’s finish carpentry team at our in-house cabinet and millwork shop.
