Home Residential Summary
Private Residence III

This custom home with six car garage and living quarters above, quietly flanks the Missouri River between Helena and Great Falls.  Construction began with the garage and living quarters above, followed by the home and lastly the retaining wall, and outdoor living space.  The 4,200 sqft home is accented with natural stone work both on the interior and exterior of the home.  Inside the home the finishes are upgraded with granite and hardwood countertops, exotic hardwood floors and ceramic tile and custom cabinetry/millwork.  The home is a standard wood framed construction with vaulted ceiling areas and windows that overlook the Missouri River.  There is a wrap-around porch and extensive outdoor patio to complement the splendor of the home’s size and fit with the river area.  The clients incorporated a home automation and distributed audio and video system into the home.  The overall duration of the project was approximately three building seasons.  The garage and living quarters completed in the first building season.  This was followed by the home and retaining structure respectively.
