The project consisted of leveling out a 2 acre sloped site which involved site utilities along with ash and boulder challenges. Building construction consisted of two residential treatment buildings each 5300sf. Each building consisted of 9 bedrooms, common residential areas with kitchen included, living and dining spaces, laundry along with administrative and treatment spaces associated with the operation of Intermountain. Exterior of the buildings consisted of both asphalt shingles and standing seam metal roofing with the siding being a combination of both fiber cement lap and board & batt accented with brick veneer. Interior common areas were multi colored bright and open with 14’ high vaulted ceilings. Both of these buildings were insulated incorporated a conditioned attic space utilizing polyurethane foam insulation which proved to be very efficient holding in the limited temporary heat during the projects frigid winter with the outside temps dropping to 20-30 below zero protecting the fully charged sprinkler system. Luxury vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, polished concrete along with a soft fiber stretch in carpet over pad. Custom made casework and window treatments complimented the finishing touches for the buildings.
