Opportunity Bank

The project was constructed by Diamond Construction in a fast-track six-month schedule, requiring extensive phasing and night work to keep the facility operational during construction.  New office work spaces and community/training rooms were created in the basement level. The main level includes a completely remodeled lobby, teller area, and loan and accounts offices. The second floor features a new board room with full A/V conferencing systems and added administrative office spaces. Diamond Construction worked closely with the Owner and Architect/Engineer team to minimize disruptions to the bank’s operations and maintain a tight construction schedule.
