Diamond Construction had the pleasure of constructing this custom Rock Creek Residence in the Rock Creek Cattle Company development. As this dwelling is within a Home Owners Association, the HOA communicated requirements for the exterior to remain rustic with natural wood, stone, and metal. The owner desired a touch of modern flair in the interior of the vacation home, and the home designer worked with the Diamond team to create a Mountain Contemporary style to blend the rustic exterior and comfortable interior.
This vacation home includes a private bathroom suite for each bedroom, so the owner and visitors are able to enjoy privacy and complete relaxation. To further support the owner’s desire to use the space to entertain, the large back patio includes a bbq area, hot tub, lounge areas, and putting green. Finally, the large great room and kitchen area features stone installed to reflect the exterior of the home.
